The Guideline ULBC Wading Boots with Vibram® Idrogrip sole are purpose-built for fly anglers who hike long distances to reach remote rivers and rugged backcountry waters. “ULBC” stands for Ultra Light Back Country, and the boots live up to that name: lightweight, sturdy, and fully capable as high-performance wading boots.

Vibram®Idrogrip Rubber Sole

To manage the slippery and rocky river or lake bottoms, we use a Vibram® Idrogrip sole that gives you the best grip and traction on any surface. The last is wide and comfortable, inspired by modern trekking boots. The durable recycled nylon is laminated to a closed-cell foam which keeps the boot light, and it will not absorb any water. The gusseted and ergonomically designed tongue relieves pressure on your foot.

With smart weight-and-space-saving solutions, this product line is the given choice for the fly angler who wants to reach the best waters, where no roads go. To achieve our environmental goals and to be ‘Clean All The Way’ the ULBC Boots is made of bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® certified main fabric and also has a PFAS-free water resistent impregnation (DWR).
