Guideline Dacron Braided Backing

Guideline Braided Backing is a very dense backing made of polyester. Our range of backing has been updated with a newest quality of Dacron with good hand feel and nice colors. It is a thin and strong backing of the highest quality with low stretch and it is resistant to saltwater.

Guideline Braided Backing is a nice backing with colors that will not come off. 20lbs strength is normal for all types of trout fishing and line weights up to #7. For heavier coastal fishing and salmon and seatrout #8 to #10 30lbs is the normal type.
