All products for sale on our site have an official 2-year guarantee. The terms for using the legal guarantee refer to the date of issue shown on the receipt or invoice. For further information on the guarantee for a specific product, you can write an e-mail to info@negoziopesca.it

All products for sale on our official website are new, with original packaging and accessories.


 

Can I order a product that is not on the site?

How do I see if a product is in stock or not?

Product availability is indicated on the web page of each product, highlighted by “product available” .

Available products: delivery takes place within approx. 1/2 days

Products made to order: delivery times are subject to availability at the parent companies and are on average approx. 5 - 15 working days.


 

How long does it take to receive the products I ordered?

For products available in stock, we deliver orders in 24/48 hours for Italy. If you need a faster delivery please contact us, we will take action to make sure we reach you in the time you want.


If an item I'm interested in is out of stock, how can I know when and if it will be back?

Can I collect my order from Go-Fish in Castelbello?

You can collect the purchased material directly from our Go-Fish headquarters in Castelbello.


 

What payment methods do we accept?

Credit Card: Your order will be processed immediately, we do not apply a markup to your order total

Advance bank transfer: the order will be processed starting from the accounting of the transfer on our account, no additional charges

PayPal: The order will be processed immediately, we do not apply an increase on the order total

Cash on delivery: If you have chosen this payment method, you can pay the balance of your order directly upon delivery of the product. The cost of the cash on delivery service is €4.50.

I have been delivered a defective product, what should I do?

Can I make a gift through the online shop?

If you want to deliver a gift to someone Go-Fish thinks of everything. Indicate the delivery address by selecting "shipping address" and if you want write a greeting message for the recipient. We will take care of delivering your gift within the expected delivery times, complete with gift wrapping and a card with your message.
