Information provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 "PRIVACY CODE"
Pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, WE INFORM that our sole proprietorship Go-Fish d. Gstrein G. and Pfitscher M. processes personal data of customers and suppliers and of persons who voluntarily communicate (by telephone or fax or e-mail) their personal data to us.
All these personal data are exclusively of a common nature.
Our company guarantees within the scope of the regulatory provisions that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
Purpose of the processing:
- fulfill legal obligations, regulations, community legislation, civil and tax laws
- fulfill any contractual obligations towards the interested party;
- carry out activities related to the economic activity of our company, such as compiling internal records and statistics, for invoicing, maintaining customer-supplier accounts
- commercial purposes, such as sending commercial information and advertising material (via post, fax and e-mail), marketing and market research;
- credit protection and debt management;
- social security and insurance purposes;
In relation to the above-mentioned purposes, your personal data will be communicated if necessary:
- to Public Administrations and Authorities, where required by law,
- to credit institutions with which our company has relationships for the management of credits/debts and financial intermediation,
- to all those natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private (legal, administrative and tax consultancy firms, labour consultancy firms for the compilation of pay slips, judicial offices, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and offices of Labour, etc.), when the communication is necessary or functional to the performance of our activity and in the ways and for the purposes listed above.
The personal data processed by our company are not subject to disclosure
The processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic and in any case automated means and will include all the operations provided for in art. 4 paragraph 1, letter a, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 and necessary for the processing in question. In any case, the processing will be carried out in compliance with all precautionary measures, which guarantee its security and confidentiality.
The Privacy Code grants interested parties the exercise of specific rights pursuant to art. 7. In particular, they can obtain from the owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested party can also ask to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing as well as the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identification of the identifying details of the owner, the appointed managers and the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data can be communicated or who can become aware of it. The interested party has the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, and without reason to the processing concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
