The reel is fully CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and long-term durability. This construction also provides excellent balance when paired with #7/8 fly rods, making it ideal for streamer fishing, river systems, and stillwater applications.

At the core of the Glide reel is a sealed high-performance disc drag system. It delivers smooth, consistent resistance with fine adjustability, allowing anglers to maintain full control during intense fights with powerful species such as pike, sea trout, or bass.
