    French Partridge Feathers 

    Wing Tying Material

    This feather is probably the most popular feather used in tying wet mayfly patterns. Generally they are tied as the front hackle. Can be tied easily by the stalk or by the tip. French Partridge natural color can be used to create some beautiful mayflies. A great material for wet flies or wings on dry flies. It can be used in Matuka flies or as wings in some streamers.
