Orvis Clearwater Rubber – Rubber-Sole Wading Boots
The Orvis Clearwater Rubber are men's wading boots for fly fishing in rivers and streams. Synthetic leather uppers, protective reinforcements and rubber outsoles support the feet when walking along banks and across uneven riverbeds. The colour is Gravel.
The all-synthetic leather uppers minimise seams and potential wear points. Abrasion-resistant rubber reinforcements protect the toe area, sides and heels from contact with rocks and obstacles. A sturdy rubber toe cap adds protection at the front of the foot.
The rubber outsoles with an aggressive tread provide traction across different types of terrain. They are designed to accept Orvis PosiGrip™ studs, sold separately, to increase grip on slippery surfaces.
An integrated EVA foam footbed provides cushioning when walking and during long fishing sessions. The Phylon midsole with an ESS stabilising plate supports the foot on uneven ground and helps secure optional studs. The relatively roomy fit accommodates neoprene wader booties.
