JMC Astral BG #8/10 – Big Game Fly Reel
Built for heavy fly lines and predator fishing, the JMC Astral BG is the Big Game version of the Astral series. The #8/10 model has an Extra Large Arbor spool with a stated capacity of WF10 plus 100 m of 30 lb GSP backing.
An oversized, ergonomic drag knob provides access to the micro-adjustable drag during the fight. Resistance can be adjusted while playing powerful fish.
The machined aluminium construction has a double-anodised black finish with silver-coloured details and a treatment suitable for saltwater use. The reel can be configured for right- or left-hand retrieve. A neoprene case is included, while a compatible spare spool is available separately.
