The fully U.S.-made drag employs a proprietary Teflon alloy drag cone, Carbon PEEK thrust washers and custom self‑lubricating seals, achieving a Certified IPX8 waterproof rating. The frame and spool feature an Ultra Large Arbor, an integrated reel foot and a pocket‑spar design to maximize strength‑to‑weight. A large, easy‑grip drag knob rounds out fast, confident handling.     Care and use

    • Do not remove the drag knob or the two‑holed nut in its center.
    • Always ensure the Gland Cap is firmly tightened; recheck after reversing retrieve.
    • Do not lubricate the drag; it is designed to run dry.
    • A small amount of WD‑40 may be used on the handle to clear dirt.
    • Freshwater: rinse thoroughly and wipe frame, spool and spindle clean.
    • Saltwater: rinse under fresh water after every use; occasionally rinse the drag by removing the spool, unscrewing the Gland Cap and removing the red/silver clutch assembly; rinse all parts and the drag cylinder, then let all components dry completely before reassembly.
