    • Freshwater use: rinse thoroughly under fresh running water and wipe spool, frame and spindle clean.
    • Saltwater use: rinse the reel under fresh running water after every outing.
    • To rinse the drag: remove the spool, unscrew the Gland Cap, remove the red and silver clutch assembly, rinse all parts and inside the drag cylinder, then let all components dry completely before reassembly.
