    Orvis PRO Zip Waders – CORDURA® and a Waterproof Front Zip

    Orvis PRO Zip Waders are made from 100% nylon CORDURA® fabric, with a 4-layer upper and a 5-layer lower section. This construction reinforces the areas more frequently exposed to wear and contact with rocks and vegetation when fly fishing.

    The waterproof TIZIP® MasterSeal front zip makes the waders easier to put on and open during the fishing day. Orvis subjected the system to more than 200 days of testing.

    The anatomical fit allows freedom of movement when wading. Anatomically shaped neoprene booties reduce bulk inside wading boots, while PU-reinforced mesh gravel guards help limit water build-up and protect the lower area. Removable OrthoLite® X25 knee pads provide comfort when kneeling and moving.

    Adjustable elastic shoulder straps with opposing buckles allow a quick conversion to a high-waisted configuration.

    Two external pockets with YKK AquaGuard® zips and two internal pockets organise fishing gear. The handwarmer pockets are fleece-lined. A Hypalon® daisy chain provides attachment points for pliers and other fishing accessories.
